What is Kevin’s story?

Kevin comes to The University of Iowa from the professional world where he has held various visual communication and front-end development positions. Most recently he was at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology where he specialized in communication of science to the public and web app/data entry design. Previously, he has been a Lead Web Designer at an advertising agency; both a freelance & in-house commercial/editorial photographer; and a graphic designer and creative manager at an online retailer.

Kevin specializes in visual communication, interactive design, and data visualization. Topics of his courses include graphic design, interactive design, photography, data visualization, and emerging media storytelling.
