Ken Aagaard is president of Creative Broadcast Techniques (CBT), an operations / producing company based in New Jersey. He consults on design, management and operations for several broadcast companies, leagues and vendors such as CBS, MLB Network, PGA Tour, Discovery Eurosports, and NEP.

Aagaard graduated from the University of Iowa in 1969 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Radio, Television & Film. Aagaard was an Executive Vice President for CBS Sports for 21 years, and continues to consult for them. Prior to CBS, Aagaard was a Vice President for NBC Sports and worked there for (19) years. He has won (15) Emmy awards over the past 35 years and was inducted into the Sports Broadcasting and Iowa Hall of Fames.
