Caitie Crowley is a PhD student in the School of Journalism and Mass Communication. She is a published author and has previously worked in corporate communications for a Fortune 50 company. Her research focuses on what makes a written communication—play, manuscript, or published book—attractive enough to turn into a TV show or movie.
