SJMC is hiring a visiting faculty member with proven professional experience in strategic communication, such as advertising, public relations, or digital marketing. This position is a one-year, renewable appointment with full benefits starting August 19, 2026. This position involves teaching within the School’s undergraduate strategic communication curriculum, with an emphasis on working with students in the Adler Agency and other client-based classes.

We are seeking applicants with substantial professional experience in strategic communication. Potential areas of specialization include, but are not limited to, content marketing, social media marketing, data analytics or evaluation, campaign development and implementation, influencer and creator marketing, brand strategy, or experiential marketing. Preferred applicants will also have teaching or mentoring experience.
