The University of Iowa School of Journalism and Mass Communication will be holding a tribute seminar for Professor Emeritus, Former Director, Kenneth Starck on Friday, April 14 from 2:30–4:30 p.m. Colleagues and friends will host panels discussing topics that Starck was passionate about. Learn about current challenges in international and intercultural journalism as well as the vital role of general education and the humanities in journalism/mass communication and higher educational professional programs.
