The Distinguished Service Award is presented annually by the School of Journalism and Mass Communication’s Professional Advisory Board (PAB). The recipient of this award exemplifies outstanding service and dedication to the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Iowa. The award is presented to one or more individuals who has provided exceptional service with a positive impact on the School, its students and/or faculty and staff.
